Shipping policy

SHIPPING PRICES ARE CALCULATED DURING PROCESSING, AFTER ORDER IS PLACED.

PRICING – All orders shall be invoiced at the price prevailing at the time of confirmation. Tea Butler Canada Imports Ltd reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Applicable taxes will be added to the invoice when required.

SHIPPING – All Tea Butler Canada Imports Ltd products ship FOB Sicamous, BC. Shipping charges will be pre-paid and added to the invoice. In-stock items ship immediately, backorders ship when available. All orders ship via CANPAR unless otherwise specified.

REFUSED ORDERS – Refused orders without prior approval, full freight will be billed to your account, for shipping to your store and return to our warehouse.

DAMAGE OR LOSS – Tea Butler Canada Imports Ltd is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur to the merchandise after it is consigned to the freight company. Claims for loss or damages, must be filed with the freight company by the customer and may not be deducted from our invoice. Check the exterior of your cartons for signs of damage before accepting them; make a note of any damage on the receiving slip before accepting.

By placing a wholesale order with Tea Butler Canada Imports Ltd the purchaser agrees to the above terms and conditions. No modification or additions to these terms by the purchaser shall be binding on Tea Butler Canada Imports Ltd.

Tea Butler Canada Imports Ltd reserves the right to amend or waive said terms and conditions at any time. Terms and conditions in effect at the time of the order shall prevail. Non-adherence may result in termination of account. Tea Butler Canada Imports Ltd is not responsible for any misuse of any product sold.
